The problem
Six vendors, or one accountable partner.
Building a product usually means coordinating developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, security specialists and support — each owning a piece, nobody owning the whole. KDS takes responsibility for the entire path, so you deal with one partner, one contract and one architecture.
Idea → Architecture → Build → Infrastructure → Security → Production → Evolution
What we build
Three layers. One system.
Engage us for the whole stack, or for a single layer of a product you already have.
Shared across all layers
Product
Applications your users and teams touch: web, mobile, internal systems and the APIs behind them.
Software
- Business platforms, CRM / ERP
- Web apps & portals
- APIs & integrations
Mobile
- iOS & Android apps
- Secure API clients
- Store releases
One identity model
Platform
Cloud, Kubernetes, pipelines and data — the ground the product runs on and ships through.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- AWS architecture
- Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code
- Databases & storage
DevOps & Platform
- CI/CD
- GitOps delivery
- Environments
- Release & rollback
One delivery pipeline
Trust
Identity, secrets, certificates and operations that keep the whole system safe and running.
Cybersecurity
- Zero Trust access
- IAM & SSO
- Secrets management
- PKI & mTLS
Operations
- Monitoring & observability
- Incident response
- Maintenance
- Long-term support
One observability stack
mTLS between every service
Problem: "inside the network" is not a trust boundary.
Trade-off: certificate issuance and rotation must be automated.
Infrastructure as code from the first environment
Problem: hand-built environments drift and can't be recreated.
Trade-off: slower first setup, faster everything after.
Short-lived credentials instead of static secrets
Problem: leaked long-lived keys stay valid for months.
Trade-off: services need an identity and a secrets broker (e.g. Vault) from day one.
- Project
- Proprietary CRM and business platformThe client needed its own business platform instead of adapting a generic SaaS CRM — and did not want to assemble separate vendors for development, cloud, DevOps and security.

How we work
You always see the work — and you always own it.
01
Discovery
1–4 weeks, paid, fixed scope: requirements, constraints, risks
What you get
Architecture, delivery plan, cost and timeline range
02
Build
Iterations with a demo every 1–2 weeks
What you get
Working software in increments; repository access from day one
03
Launch
Production rollout, monitoring, security checks
What you get
A system in production, with documentation
04
Run & evolve
Support, updates, new features
What you get
A support agreement with clear response times
What you always own
- Code
- in your repositories
- Infrastructure
- in your environment: your cloud account or your own data centre
- Documentation
- architecture, decisions, runbooks
- Handover
- at any time, no lock-in
Paid by stage. Discovery defines the scope; each build milestone then has a fixed scope and price, with up to two revision rounds. Anything beyond that is quoted separately.

Who you'll work with

FAQ
Questions clients ask first.
01What if you're unavailable?
Everything lives with you, not with us: code in your repositories, infrastructure in your environment, and documentation — architecture, decisions, runbooks — kept up to date as part of the work. KDS also works with trusted specialists who can be brought in under KDS responsibility, so delivery doesn't depend on one person's calendar.
02Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — before the first detailed conversation, if you prefer.
03Who owns the code and IP?
You do. Everything built for your project is assigned to you once the corresponding stage is paid. Our pre-existing tools and open-source components stay under their own licences, and you receive the rights you need to use them.
04How do you price the work?
By stage. Discovery has a fixed price and defines the scope. Each build milestone then has a fixed scope and price, with up to two revision rounds; anything beyond that is quoted separately. Support runs on a monthly agreement.
05Can you take over an existing product?
Yes. If the product already exists, we start with the platform — infrastructure, CI/CD, security and support — and take on development from there.
06Do you work with companies outside the UAE?
Yes. We work in English, on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), and reply within one business day — Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Have a project in mind?
Let's build it.
Tell us about the problem in a few sentences. You'll get a reply from the engineer who would own it — within one business day.
